The Programme for the Cannabis Conference 2025
The development and marketing authorisation of cannabis-based medicinal products is associated with a whole range of challenges. However, they also offer opportunities for the future, since marketing them as magistral formulations based on patient-specific individual prescriptions as off-label use can only be of a temporary nature. In the future, authorised medicinal products will certainly be prescribed not only for the authorised indication but also for no-label use. Our programme showed the way forward.
The success factors in development projects with herbal active ingredients were presented, knowledge about risks and how to address them was expanded, and last but not least, the event was used for networking and professional exchange.
The lectures were delivered in English.
